Now you can add or replace pipe flanges in minutes, without welding and with only minimal pipe-end preparation. Patented Swage-On flanges provide a permanent flange-to-pipe connection with full pressure and structural integrity. The Swage-On process uses a hydraulically-powered, internal swaging tool to expand the pipe end outward into machined ridges on the inside diameter of the flange sleeve, producing a permanent connection that equals or exceeds the pressure rating and structural strength of the existing pipe. Swage-On flanges can be used for pipe diameters from 4 to 36 inches and for pressure classes up to ANSI 1500.
