RTI Fabrication designs, manufactures, processes, and finishes high quality, customized metal products. We specialize in working with titanium, stainless steel, nickel, and other metal alloys. We are experts in metal extrusion, producing very high quality, low-tolerance products that minimize our customers' raw material costs. RTI Fabrication's new 5000 ton direct/indirect extrusion press allows us to offer all types of innovative, unique manufacturing services to our customers. The press can input billet sizes from 6" to 18.50" and accommodate billet lengths up to and including 55".

Our finishing services include:

• Machining: Our in-house facilities, in cooperation with quality out source vendors, allows us to provide fully machined components to support your assembly and kitting requirements.
• Cutting: We currently utilize 4 saws to serve our customers needs with the ability to cut up to 315 sq. inches.
• Straightening: Full time in house straightening operations allow RTI Fabrication to straighten a variety of shapes and hollows meeting the highest of quality specifications and standards.
• Sand Blast/Pickle: Strong relationships with out source vendors produce quality parts with quick turnaround.
• Forming: Parts that require hot or cold forming are not a problem for RTI Fabrication. Relationships with quality forming vendors allow us to offer this valuable service.
• Testing: RTI Fabrication can provide all the necessary testing and certification for your materials. From raw material all the way to finished product.
• Toll Conversion: RTI Fabrication is happy to provide toll conversion services for all metals.
