Molder of high performance long fiber thermoplastic composite materials using PEEK, PPS, Ultem, and nylon matrix resins. These materials offer as high as 550 F service temperature, superior corrosion resistance, and superior strength compared to currently used materials. Stock shapes such as rod, tubes and plates as well as custom machined and custom molded parts are available. Typical applications include: Bushings, pump vanes and impellers, housings, down hole instrument packages, wear rings, linear motion components and drilling shaft wear pads.
