Visual Wellbore has a great product that is fitting the needs of Oil and Gas Engineers as well as Service Companies' Representatives World Wide. Most of the Industry has utilized other (more complicated) drawing programs to create their sketches; so did we until about four years ago. We decided then that there had to be a way that was easier and as professional. After plenty of hard work and many hours, we had developed that program: Visual Wellbore.
Beginning in 1996, Visual Wellbore was field tested by a very successful service company located in Houston. This service company is still using our product today as the means for pre and post job data sharing. Visual Wellbore began marketing their products in the winter of 1998 and has been growing at a tremendous pace ever since. A very big benefit to the end user is that the company is staffed by extremely computer literate engineers from the oil and gas industry with completions and drilling backgrounds, not software experts without completions experience. This perspective and quick turn-around time on desired improvements is of significant value. The software runs in Microsoft Excel and is extremely easy to use, such that any employee can input the information and prepare a basic diagram in less than five minutes. The icons are quite realistic, which improves understanding of the completion hardware as well. You copy and paste or Drag & Drop an Icon to a work platform and size it to fit. Our clients have stated that they are impressed with the practical way our program is designed... it is very user friendly and saves Valuable TIME. "Get the Picture"
