LOCK-N-STITCH ® Inc. has developed an entirely new metal stitching technology for repairing damaged or cracked cast iron engine and industrial castings. We also have products and services for many other cast metals but cast iron is our main focus.
We have a service department that offers world wide on-site or in-shop repairs on an emergency basis. Our technicians are skilled in many repair techniques including the processes that we patented and many proprietary oven welding methods that we have developed over the last 30 years.
We also have a modern manufacturing facility that utilizes the latest in CNC machining to produce the complex crack repair products that have forever changed the way that castings are repaired. Our CASTMASTER stitching pin technology far exceeds the strength and high ressure seal of any other metal stitching product or process ever used any where in the world. Nothing else even comes close. One really nice part is that you can easily understand how it workds, even to the extent that you can do it yourself. Over two thousand repair companies, engine rebuilders and machine shops world wide are repairing their own casting with LOCK-N-STITCH ® products.
