TRANSDUCERS
The WK series 2-wire transmitter
system incorporates part of the vibration monitor into the
conventional eddy current transducer. Equipment and wiring costs
can be reduced by using the WK system. |

MONITORS
The VM-5 series Monitors are
designed in accordance with the API St'd 670 for use on rotating
machinery. 8-slot, 10-slot rack mounting type and one-unit
independent type with a built-in power supply are available so
that this monitor can respond flexibility to any system design
from medium and small scale rotating machinery to TSI. |

MONITORLESS
DIGITAL VIBRATION MONITORING SYSTEM
The problems with field wiring up
to now - using analog signals on vibration sensors, vibration
monitors, and analysis machines - have now been solved.
Through the new ControlNet digital network, it is now possible to
have transmitters immediately send vibration value (overall
vibration value) data to controllers. Alarms and Trip signals
operate in the event of abnormal vibration. |

Smart
Wireless Network Sensor
The wireless sensor is a small box
that has an accelerometer and a radio transmitter-receiver built
in, and the sensors and a mother unit that controls the sensor
data compose a wireless sensor network. |

MONITORING
SYSTEM
This monitoring system receives
signals from the transducers installed on rotating machinery and
monitors the operation condition of the rotating machinery.
Measured values and alarm set-values monitored y this system are
digitally or bar-graph displayed on the LCD. In addition, the
built-in CPU allows the operator to select the desired display
mode or set the desired alarm type easily by key operation.
